The Cultivating Wellness event was great. It was just the break I needed from my daily life to connect, both with my own body and wonderful community of women. The content, presenters and the food were all amazing! I would highly recommend these events to anyone, regardless of where you are at in your wellness journey.

The Mindful Woman event was a wonderful retreat from my busy life. I brought four of my closest friends to join me. We all agreed that the event inspired us to make changes to our health. I found the information relative to stress reduction and better sleep helpful.

I enjoyed meeting other like-minded women and thought the speakers and movement practices were excellent. The lunch was a definite highlight! I can't wait for the next one!
