About Us
Cultivating Wellness Collective is a team of health and wellness professionals working to close the gaps in understanding and supporting women’s health—particularly around midlife hormonal changes.
Through educational workshops and speaking engagements, consulting, and community events, we help organizations raise awareness, foster inclusive workplace cultures, and implement strategies that support women’s well-being at work and beyond.
Our Purpose
To cultivate healthier, more supportive environments for women in midlife—benefiting individuals, organizations, and communities.
We promote equity, evidence-based health information, holistic care, collaboration, and agency.
Women’s midlife health is often overlooked in workplace design.
Fatigue, cognitive changes, and hormonal transitions can impact performance—yet most organizations lack the awareness, structures, and policies needed to help women thrive during these stages.
It’s time to rethink how we support women at work.
Our Approach
Creating sustainable change through a systems-based approach.
We help organizations reimagine workplace culture through three key pillars:
Strategic Consulting – Develop actionable, inclusive strategies that integrate women’s health into policies, benefits, and culture.
Workshops & Events – Deliver engaging, evidence-based sessions that empower employees to support midlife health, resilience, and well-being.
Community Engagement – Foster connection, dialogue, and shared learning—building workplaces where everyone can thrive.
The Opportunity
Only 1 in 5 Canadian workplaces offer any support related to menopause or midlife health.
Forward-thinking organizations are integrating midlife health into wellness and inclusion strategies—boosting retention, engagement, and leadership diversity.
Investing in women’s midlife health delivers measurable returns:
- Talent retention and reduced turnover
- Lower absenteeism & presenteeism
- Lower short-term disability and benefits cost
- Enhanced management effectiveness and cultural shifts
- Improved organizational reputation
