About Us
Cultivating Wellness is a collaborative initiative advancing midlife women’s health through awareness, insight, and connection.
Founded by Tiffany Dowling and Min Pak, Cultivating Wellness began as a conversation between two women passionate about holistic health and frustrated by the gaps in our current healthcare and workplace systems. We saw too many women at midlife navigating complex physical, emotional, and social changes with little guidance and even less support.
We asked ourselves:
How do we create a virtuous cycle — where women gain access to trusted information, feel supported in their choices, and help shape healthier systems for others?
Our first answer was community.
We began hosting day retreat-style events — carefully curated experiences designed to give women a break from their daily demands and offer practical tools, expert insights, and peer connection to support informed, empowered health decisions.
As the momentum grew, so did our vision.
Today, Cultivating Wellness has evolved into a dual initiative. We continue to host public events while also partnering with health professionals, researchers, and forward-thinking organizations to co-create workplace strategies and cultural shifts that better support women in midlife.
We believe that meaningful change happens through collaboration — not just between practitioners and participants, but across systems, teams, and communities. Our approach is grounded in the belief that when we combine awareness, insight, and connection, we create the conditions for wellness to flourish.
Together, we’re building a future where midlife health is prioritized, supported, and built into the systems that shape our lives.
