About Cultivating Wellness: Digging Deeper into Women's Health
Our philosophy is simple: we believe that your health is your most precious gift and we want to help you achieve it.
Cultivating Wellness was co-founded by Tiffany Dowling and Min Pak. It evolved from hours spent together exploring our shared interest in holistic women's health. Recognizing the gaps within our current healthcare systems, we were looking for a way to connect women in our community with the resources needed to support preventative and responsive health and wellness.
The intention behind our "retreat" day events is to give women an opportunity to step away from their busy lives without a huge financial or time commitment. We curate a special day to educate and empower women so that they have the tools, resources, and experiences needed to make informed choices and create better health.
We aim to support women as they take initiative towards creating healthier states of being; physically, emotionally, creatively, and socially.
Wellness can feel like a moving target in today’s busy world, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Together, we will cut through the noise, embrace what truly matters, and make space for joy along the way.
So come as you are. Let’s cultivate health, vitality, and connection together.
