Michelle Meckling
Michelle Meckling is a Certified Athletic Therapist and movement specialist with over a decade of experience helping individuals optimize their health, performance, and resilience across the lifespan. With 12 years in clinical practice and 11 years as the owner of a multidisciplinary clinic in Victoria, Michelle has worked with a wide range of populations - from national team athletes to adults seeking strength, mobility, and confidence in everyday life.
As a member of the Cultivating Wellness Collective, Michelle brings deep expertise in musculoskeletal health, injury prevention, movement education, and the physical impacts of the menopause transition. Her approach blends clinical knowledge with clear, practical guidance, empowering women to understand their bodies, navigate pain, and build sustainable movement practices that support long-term well-being.
Michelle is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on women’s health, expanding her research and clinical insight into the unique needs of peri- and post-menopausal women. Her work bridges science, movement, and lived experience, helping organizations develop strategies that support women's physical health, safety, and performance in the workplace.
