Tiffany

Tiffany's passion and purpose is helping people uncover the power and wisdom of their body and mind.


Tiffany started Power of Mind Pilates in 2013 and is certified in the classical Joseph Pilates Method.
 
In 2019 Tiffany attended the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher training through the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto.
This 8 week program helps people with stress management, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, chronic illness and disease.


Tiffany is also a co-founder of Cultivating Wellness along with Min Pak.


Cultivating Wellness emerged from countless hours spent conversing with Min and other like-minded women. Collectively we wanted to bring together women passionate about creating greater health.


We envisioned a community where women could share their wisdom and experiences with others, without judgement.


We knew it was important to learn from multiple perspectives and be open to trying new things.  We saw an opportunity to further women's health in our community and to support local women owned businesses and practitioners.


Our first event in 2020 was a huge success. I am so thrilled to be hosting this upcoming event on menopause with Michelle De Melo. The conversations I have with my girlfriends and the stories I hear from my clients, lead me to believe that this is a very important topic that needs further exploration.
